Thirty-five years of making paperwork work.
My name is Dawn Hardwick, and I founded DLB Consulting Group to make business setup and compliance feel less overwhelming. After more than 35 years in corporate operations, including payroll leadership for a Fortune 500 company, I saw how much strong systems and clear paperwork matter.
Today I use that experience to help entrepreneurs, churches, and nonprofits build on a solid foundation with practical support and honest guidance.
